A law firm in La Mesa, CA, seeks a Corporate Law Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will handle various legal matters related to corporate law, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing expert legal advice to clients.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on corporate law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and transactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
