The candidate will be negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, closing commercial real estate transactions, and negotiating and drafting leases, loan documents and other transactional agreements. Tennessee license is required.

The candidate should have academically distinguished and has excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills. Must be a bright, hardworking attorney with good judgment and attention to detail.
