A law firm seeks a highly qualified Securities Attorney to join its Corporate, Securities, and M&A Practice Group in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in private securities offerings, fund work, and joint ventures, including experience with 506(b) offerings. The candidate should possess strong academic credentials and prior experience as lead counsel on private placement offerings, private funds, and sophisticated joint ventures.

Duties

  • Lead private placement offerings and private funds.
  • Manage sophisticated joint ventures.
  • Provide legal advice on private securities offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members on complex transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years of relevant legal experience.
  • Experience with 506(b) offerings.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment in legal matters.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
