Tysons Corner office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level government contracts/litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience handling litigation matters involving construction and federal government contracts, including matters litigated before federal and state courts and administrative boards. The candidate should preferably have experience with government contract claims, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, writing and arguing motions, and participating in depositions and trials. Solid knowledge of rules of procedure and the FAR needed. Clerkship or other relevant government contracts experience is preferred, along with experience with litigating government contracts matters before the Government Accountability Office, U.S. Court of Federal Claims and Boards of Contract Appeals. Virginia Bar license required, but licensed in other states who can promptly waive into VA will be considered.
