Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Staff Attorney for its Charlotte, NC office with a strong background in commercial real estate finance and loan document review. Duties

  • Review loan files for mortgage and mezzanine loans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance.

  • Understanding of loans secured by various commercial real estate asset classes.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in good standing.
