Civil Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with 1-2 years of experience in discovery and depositions, focusing on professional negligence, transportation, product liability, or real estate-related litigation. Job Duties:

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on complex cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of California.
• 1-2 years of experience in civil litigation, focusing on professional negligence, transportation, product liability, or real estate-related matters.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation tactics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
