A law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney for their office in Las Vegas, NV.

Job Overview:

The Real Estate Associate Attorney will handle various commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, leasing, title, land use, rights of way, construction contracts, and loan documents. Ideal candidates should possess strong written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and have an excellent academic record.

Duties:

• Manage and negotiate commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development, and leasing.
• Provide legal counsel on title matters, land use regulations, and rights of way.
• Draft and review construction contracts.
• Review and negotiate loan documents.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in real estate law.
• Minimum of 2 years of top-tier law firm experience.
• Expertise in commercial real estate transactions.
• Ideally, have 2 years of top-tier law firm experience in one or more of the following: commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing; title, land use, and rights of way; construction contracts; and loan documents.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic record.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Nevada State Bar.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
