Duties:

• Handle litigation matters involving workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and related disputes

• Draft and respond to discovery, initial pleadings, and pretrial motions

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Represent clients in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration forums

• Advise on labor and employment compliance, including wage and hour issues and PAGA claims

• Collaborate with team members and clients to develop case strategies

• Maintain responsibility for multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in employment litigation

• Strong background in labor and employment law, with an emphasis on wage and hour matters and PAGA cases

• Proven ability to manage cases independently and as part of a legal team

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities

• Must hold an active license to practice law in California

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admitted to the State Bar of California

Skills:

• Strategic thinker with the ability to assess risk and deliver practical legal solutions

• Highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing deadlines across multiple matters
