Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Partner in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in defense litigation within Labor & Employment, along with strong management and supervisory skills. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote work, with the option to work from any state where the firm has an office, provided the candidate is admitted to practice in California.

Duties

• Manage and supervise multiple attorneys in employment litigation cases.
• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour matters, class actions, and PAGA.
• Conduct investigations before various labor and human rights agencies.
• Appear in Federal and State courts for employment litigation matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience with investigations and court appearances related to employment law.
• Admitted to practice in California.

Education

• JD degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in California.
