A law firm in Secaucus, NJ, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in handling insurance defense matters. The successful candidate must have Bar Admission and will be responsible for managing cases from commencement to conclusion.

Duties:

• Handle insurance defense matters from commencement to conclusion
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
• Assist senior attorneys with case management and trial preparation
• Maintain organized case files and deadlines

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Bar Admission in New Jersey
• 1-3 years of experience in insurance defense matters
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
