Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Orlando is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions. Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents related to private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support on a variety of corporate matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
• Assist in due diligence processes for transactions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Experience in an Am Law 100 law firm.
