Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney for their Tysons Corner office with 4-6 years of labor and employment law experience. The candidate must be licensed to immediately practice law in Virginia. The attorney will play a key role in handling legal matters related to labor and employment law. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of relevant experience and must be licensed to practice law in Virginia. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.

• Stay current on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide strategic advice.
• Participate in negotiations and dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized law school.

Certifications:

Virginia Bar admission.
