Duties

• Develop and execute litigation strategies across state and federal courts

• Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk mitigation
• Oversee case teams and collaborate with support staff and fellow attorneys
• Engage in settlement negotiations and case evaluations

Requirements

• 18 years of experience in employment law, specifically wage and hour defense
• Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Proven track record managing complex litigation and high-volume caseloads
• Strong oral advocacy, analytical, and legal writing abilities
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
