A law firm seeks a Trial Partner to join its Labor & Employment group in Newport Beach, California. This role offers an opportunity for an attorney with extensive litigation and trial experience to lead significant cases across various practice areas. The successful candidate will develop case theories and manage cases from inception through trial, collaborating with a diverse team of attorneys on complex employment matters.

Duties

• Lead and manage high-stakes litigation cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, with employment trial experience required.
• Proven success in jury trials; appellate case experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Licensed to practice in California and in good standing.
• Willingness to travel for trials and client meetings.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
