Mid-level to Senior Liability Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Mid-level to Senior Liability Attorney to join their team in Harrisburg, responsible for managing a diverse range of legal matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will handle their own cases, draft pleadings and legal documents, take and defend depositions, provide strategic legal analysis, and appear in court as needed.

Job Details:

• Manage a wide range of legal matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Draft pleadings and legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Provide strategic legal analysis.
• Appear in court as required.
• Experience in drafting pleadings and dispositive motions.
• Answer written discovery.
• Handle oral arguments.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Preferably experience in motor vehicle and premises liability.
• Ride share litigation experience is a plus.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
