Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with strong research and writing skills. The candidate must be licensed with the Florida Bar and have at least 2 years of litigation experience.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation proceedings.
• Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist with discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Assist senior attorneys in developing case strategies and trial preparation.
• Manage case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervising attorneys.

Requirements:

• Licensed Attorney with the Florida Bar.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed Attorney with the Florida Bar.
