Attorney needed for Boca Raton office

A law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join its team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will specialize in Commercial Debt Collections, Commercial Litigation, Judgment Domestication and Enforcement, Attorney A/R Review, and Subrogation. The Attorney will collaborate closely with litigation staff, handle new case intakes, communicate with clients, develop litigation strategies, attend court hearings, depositions, and trials, and negotiate settlements.

Duties:

• Specialization in Commercial Debt Collections, Commercial Litigation, Judgment Domestication and Enforcement, Attorney A/R Review, and Subrogation.
• Collaborate with litigation staff to facilitate new case intakes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as required.
• Effectuate settlements and negotiate favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• An active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• Proven experience in Commercial Debt Collections and Litigation.
• Strong understanding of Judgment Domestication and Enforcement procedures.
• Familiarity with Attorney A/R Review and Subrogation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
