A law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience and will be responsible for a range of duties related to acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.

 

Job Overview:

  • Handle a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience with hotel and resort projects and/or development projects.
  • Strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a commitment to excellence are required.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Assist with due diligence investigations and negotiations for real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding real estate matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and execute real estate strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Membership in the Bar in the United States.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.

 

Education and Certifications:

Skills:

  • Experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.
