Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-level IP Associate Attorney with 2 years of in-house or law firm patent prosecution experience. The successful candidate will hold a degree in Chemical Engineering (B.S.), Chemistry (Ph.D.), and/or Organic Chemistry (Ph.D). They must be admitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and possess excellent academic credentials.
