Stephen Lasser, in particular, was a wonderful person to work for/with. He has high standards for the work that the firm produces. He is generous with his time but also encourages employees to learn by doing (with the appropriate amount of oversight, of course). I would describe the work environment as relaxed and collegial, while also maintaining high standards for work product and client service. There is also plenty of opportunity to grow and attorneys are encouraged to build and expand their own client base over time.ConsCan be fast-paced with a steep learning curve. However, this enabled me to learn a lot and really hone my skills quickly.
