I consider myself very lucky to have had the opportunity to have worked for such an organization. Lawyers, in general, get a bad rap. Having worked in a support capacity for several law firms previously I can tell you that the "bad rap" is generally well deserved. Lubin Olson is the exception. The partners, the associates, and the staff are all very pleasant to work with on a day to day basis. Lubin Olson was the best company I have ever worked for and I would still be working there today if I didn't relocate across the country.ConsThere are no cons. It is a terrific place to work.
