Hinckley Allen Continues Growth in Boston

Hinckley Allen continues to expand in Boston, with hires Chelsea A. Tryder and Cassandra T. Desjourdy, who join the Firm’s Corporate & Business and Litigation groups, respectively.

Chelsea A. Tryder joins the firm as an Associate with a focus in Corporate Trust. She has represented issuers, bondholders, and underwriters as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, borrower’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and disclosure counsel in the issuances of tax-exempt bonds.

Chelsea graduated from Bates College with a B.A. in political science in 2006. In 2013 she received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School with a concentration in business law. She is a member of the Maine and Massachusetts Bar Associations.

Cassandra T. Desjourdy joins the Litigation group as an Associate in the firm’s Boston office. She is experienced in complex commercial litigation and investigations, including in the life sciences and higher education contexts.

Cassandra is a graduate of Connecticut College with a B.A. in English and psychology. She received her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2018.  During law school, Cassandra was an acquisitions editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. She also worked in Cornell’s Child Advocacy and Legal Research clinics and served as a judicial intern at  the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
