Halloran Sage Welcomes LeGrant, Morin, and Russell
Halloran Sage is pleased to welcome associates Andrew LeGrant, Andrew Morin, and Jaimie Russell to the firm.
LeGrant joins the Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Business & Transactions practice groups and will be handling matters including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing. He brings prior experience in transactional real estate as well as familiarity with the title insurance process, underwriting, and corporate and compliance matters to his practice. He earned his JD and MBA from Western New England University and his BS from Guilford College.
Morin joins our Municipal & State Government and Environmental & Land Use practice groups. He assists municipal and private clients in matters involving municipal law, land use, and environmental law. He earned his JD from Roger Williams University School of Law and his BA from the University of Rhode Island. Prior to law school, he worked as an Environmental Planner with a Hartford land surveying firm.
Russell joins the firm’s Litigation and Insurance practice groups and will be handling matters including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, and premises liability. She brings previous experience in personal injury law, arbitrations and mediations, and securities and FINRA law to her practice. She earned her JD from Roger Williams University School of Law and her BSBA from Western New England University.
