K&L Gates Boosts Restructuring and Insolvency Practice with Houston Addition
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Brian Kilmer as a partner in the restructuring and insolvency practice. He joins the firm’s Houston office from Kilmer Crosby & Quadros PLLC, a boutique firm he co-founded.
Kilmer's practice focuses on representing debtors, unsecured creditors' committees, and secured creditors in complex Chapter 11 cases in a variety of industries in jurisdictions such as Texas, Delaware, New York, Michigan, Florida, and Louisiana. He regularly represents secured creditors in single asset cases and out-of-court workouts, as well as acquirers of distressed assets and debtors. In addition, Kilmer has extensive experience with general business litigation matters.
