Spencer Fane Continues to Strengthen Denver Office With Addition of Lueck
Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Dennis Lueck has joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group as a partner in the firm’s Denver office.
Lueck combines robust compliance experience with a proven track record of strong litigation strategies to help clients in the financial services industry protect their assets and maximize collections in an efficient and cost-effective manner. He regularly litigates matters involving individual class and mass consumer claims arising under federal laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act, and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, as well as state fair lending, collection and deceptive trade practice laws. This includes first chair responsibilities at the trial level in addition to appellate experience.
In addition, Lueck also routinely handles consumer arbitrations and counsels clients on responses to requests from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Lueck completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah and later earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law.
