The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that commercial litigator Jessica Heckinger Nowak has joined the firm’s Chicago office as of counsel.
A member of the firm’s Litigation & Resolution Dispute Practice Group, Nowak focuses on the medical device and healthcare industry, intellectual property, employment, and real estate disputes. Her clients range from some of the world’s largest corporations to privately held companies and individuals.
Nowak has experience in a variety of disputes such as licensing; actions seeking to enforce restrictive employment covenants, trade secrets, breach of contract, defending actions for breaches of fiduciary duties, patent, securities litigation, real estate transactions, employment, and intellectual property and trademark.
