Eversheds Adds to Corporate and Finance Group
Summary: Eversheds Sutherland strengthened its corporate and finance group with the addition of an experienced aviation finance partner.
Eversheds Sutherland LLP announced the addition of experienced aviation finance attorney Shawn Rafferty to their Atlanta office. He joins the Private Capital team in the Corporate Practice Group as a partner. Rafferty joins from Barnes & Thornburg LLP where he was also a partner.

Rafferty has over 20 years of experience working with domestic and international clients with their various equipment financing matters such as acquisitions and dispositions, restructuring, mortgage-financed transactions, pooled aircraft asset securitizations, sale and leaseback arrangements, and operating leases.
