Kirkland & Ellis International LLP is honored to be able to announce the arrival of two new partners to their London office. Private equity corporate attorney David Holdsworth and private equity tax attorney Tim Lowe are joining the firm from Linklaters.

Kirkland’s Chairman of the Global Management Executive Committee, Jeffrey C. Hammes said, “David and Tim are exceptionally talented lawyers with strong track records advising clients on a variety of international private equity transactions. Holdsworth received his bachelor of laws from the University of Edinburgh. Chambers & Partners UK 2016 has recognized him as a ‘Leading Individual’ in the ‘Corporate/M&A: high-end capability’ list.
Lowe earned a LPC from Oxford Institute of Legal Practice and a degree from Queens’ College, Oxford University. Chambers & Partners UK 2016 ranked him as a ‘Leading Individual’ in tax services, noting his strong “skill handling private equity matters.”
