Plachy and Samuels to Lead Lewis Roca Rothgerber's Litigation Practice

Lewis Roca Rothgerber made significant changes to its leadership and appointed Michael Plachy to lead its litigation practice group. Plachy is based in Denver. The law firm has 116 attorneys in the litigation practice group across nine offices, and the group was previously led by Randy Papetti. Papetti, who had led the group for the last five years will return to active trial work including commercial litigation and antitrust counseling.

He often represents clients in proceedings in which temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions are sought.
