A group of Denver attorneys is joining Polsinelli Shughart w.e.f November 1. Polsinelli is growing by acquiring 13-lawyer boutique Hensley Kim and increasing its presence in the Denver market.
The attorneys with experience in corporate, intellectual property, real estate, and construction and business litigation will serve clients locally, regionally, and nationally. John Kim and Darren Hensley are joining as partners at Polsinelli Shughart. Its Denver office has added 11 healthcare attorneys in April. Polsinelli Shughart has also opened its offices in Dallas and Los Angeles. The law firm is one of the top law firms with more than 540 attorneys in 16 cities across US.
