Dorsey has set up Special Counsel Relationship with Shanghai’s Martin Hu & Partners
International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP
has an alliance with the Chinese law firm of Martin Hu & Partners in Shanghai. Dorsey establishes special counsel relationship with the law firm and under this relationship Martin will act as Special Counsel to Dorsey and advise Dorsey and its clients with respect to Chinese Law. Same way Dorsey will advise Martin and its clients with respect to jurisdictions in which Dorsey is permitted to practice. Dorsey has opened its Shanghai office in 2001. Martin has 20 lawyers with experience in the corporate and commercial law areas. Dorsey with 650 attorneys practices in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
