Any malpractice, fraud or corruption must be watched and brought to the notice of the higher government officials for perfect governance, but when a disciplined official acts as the whistle blower, he is under threat. To promulgate stringent laws in this regard, Premier Paula Cox is very determined to pluck all the loopholes and improve transparency and accountability of government officials. She also intends to personally watch the new Office of Project Management and Procurement to oversee the way the Government contracts are being handled out.
