Participate in and contribute to the firm's operational and management duties, including supervision of secretarial and paralegal staff and an Estate Administrator, and conscientiously meet all time entry and billing deadlines. Some estate settlement experience in a trust company will be considered. Extensive experience planning for clients with taxable estates is essential. Experience of handling probate and trust administration files as lead attorney is needed.
