Litigation Attorney

Duties:

• Handle a variety of real estate and commercial litigation cases.
• Provide legal representation to clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and arguments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Manage caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
• Participate in case management conferences and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Requirements:

• Active admission to the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation in Florida.
• Solid background in real estate and commercial litigation.
• Proven courtroom experience and proficiency in handling diverse civil litigation cases.
