Duties

• Defend insurers and healthcare providers in guardianship proceedings and medical-malpractice actions

• Advocate for hospital clients across administrative hearings and courtroom settings

• Draft motions, briefs, discovery requests, and settlement documents

• Coordinate with medical experts, claims examiners, and external counsel to develop a case strategy

• Manage case files, track deadlines, and liaise with clients to report on matter status

Requirements

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar
