Attorney

A law firm based in Mission Viejo, CA, is seeking an Attorney with 1-6 years of experience to join their corporate counsel, transaction, and litigation attorney teams. The role involves working on matters related to corporate counsel, contracts, real estate, insurance, civil litigation, and various other practice areas. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support across multiple practice areas including corporate counsel, contract law, real estate, insurance, and civil litigation.
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and transactional matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal solutions.
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and guidance on legal matters.

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of experience practicing law.
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to become admitted.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work across multiple practice areas.
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads effectively and meet deadlines.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.
