Job Overview

Duties

  • Advise on deal structuring.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with project finance and joint ventures desired.
  • Understanding of M&A processes.
  • Experience with tax equity transactions helpful.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
