Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a dedicated Product Liability and Mass Torts Associate Attorney to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. Experience in product liability, mass tort, MDL, team management, and deposition or trial proceedings is advantageous. Indiana Bar admission is mandatory for this role.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to product liability and mass tort cases.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Manage and oversee complex discovery processes.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and execution.
  • Assist in deposition preparation and trial proceedings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
  • Provide support in case management and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Indiana Bar.
  • 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably focusing on product liability and mass torts.
  • Strong analytical and legal research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
