Duties

• Collaborate in teams and independently manage transaction components.

• Manage venture capital transactions and exits.
• Oversee equity compensation matters.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients and counsel.

Requirements

• Over three years of relevant experience.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in Washington, DC.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
