  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional client service and communication.

  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to exceed client expectations and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
