Trade Secrets/Non-Compete Litigator

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks trade secrets/non-compete litigator with 5-8 years of restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation experience. The candidate will work with its premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. Should have appreciable experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, deposition, and discovery experience. Should be admitted in California or Colorado.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
