Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Troy is seeking a proactive and experienced Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of litigation experience, with a preference for trial experience. This role requires strong legal writing skills, a robust business and entrepreneurial sense, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage internal and external client relationships. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills, along with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.

Duties:

• Handle commercial litigation cases, including trial experience when necessary.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions with strong legal writing skills.
• Proactively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
• Demonstrate a strong business and entrepreneurial sense in legal practice.
• Manage multiple files and competing deadlines efficiently.
• Provide effective issue resolution and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure successful case outcomes.

Requirements:
