Attorney

Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 5-7 years of experience to focus on long-term care litigation, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury cases. The candidate will take depositions, argue hearings, present at mediations, and participate in trials and arbitrations early on in their practice. Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitration proceedings. Must have prior employment as a prosecutor, public defender, JAG officer, or experience in medical malpractice, nursing home/elder abuse, or other catastrophic personal injury litigation. Must have a passion for being in the courtroom and trial. Trial experience preferred. Must be licensed and in good standing in the state of Florida.

The candidate must be able to work independently but also collaboratively with other team members. Must have excellent research skills, specifically utilizing Westlaw.
