Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Chicago, IL is seeking a dynamic Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in general commercial litigation and complex litigation matters, including products liability. Duties:

• Draft and argue discovery motions, as well as other legal motions as necessary.
• Take and defend depositions effectively and efficiently.
• Manage document productions and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide leadership in case management and strategy development.
• Contribute to the firm's growth through proactive client engagement and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general commercial litigation and complex litigation matters, including products liability.
• Experience in insurance litigation is preferred.
• Admission to and in good standing with the Illinois Bar.
• Strong academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
