The ideal candidate should be a member of the Florida Bar and possess at least 5-7 years of relevant experience. Duties:

  • Represent clients in environmental litigation cases, including but not limited to disputes related to environmental regulations, permitting, land use, and contamination issues.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with accurate and timely legal advice.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations to advocate for clients and present their cases effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel.
  • Assist in client development and business expansion efforts, including networking and client relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
  • 5-7 years of experience in environmental litigation.
  • Preferred experience with clerkship and first chair responsibilities.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, initiative, and a desire to pursue business development.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and writing skills.
