Job Title: Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those with Healthcare and/or Energy Litigation experience.   • Handle a caseload of complex litigation matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and maintain client relationships.
  • Manage discovery, including document production, review, and e-discovery processes.
  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various stages of litigation.


  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Preferably, experience in Healthcare and/or Energy Litigation.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
  • Strong research and writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability and desire to appear in court.


  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


  • Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.


  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfort with courtroom appearances and legal proceedings.
