Job Title: Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Preferably, experience in Healthcare and/or Energy Litigation.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
  • Strong research and writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability and desire to appear in court.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
