Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 4-6 years of litigation experience. The candidate will gain immediate experience working with clients and providing litigation support to the firms shareholders, including legal research, motions practice, written discovery management and depositions, trial preparation, and trial practice in the state (primarily Colorado) and federal courts and arbitration forums such as JAG, JAMS, and FINRA. Legal matters include complex commercial and civil litigation, securities litigation and enforcement defense, labor and employment, and natural resources. Must have a license to practice in all Colorado Courts.
