The candidate must have an Active Minnesota attorney license required. Should have litigation experience in a law firm or government law office, preferably with experience in class action litigation or litigation involving the financial services industry. Experience in securities, banking, insurance, or antitrust litigation is also helpful. Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills are required. Also, welcome federal judicial clerkship experience.
