A law firm in Reno, NV, is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney who will have the opportunity for immediate experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess good academic, writing, and computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word. Immediate exposure and experience in the area of family law.

 

Duties:

  • Handle various aspects of family law cases, from client intake to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
  • Work closely with clients to provide legal advice and guidance.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Nevada State Bar.
  • Good academic standing.
