Job Overview:

The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, ensuring effective communication with clients, and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate must possess strong verbal and written English communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish considered a plus.

Duties:

  • Handle litigation of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
  • Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • Experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
